Well I finally pulled the pcv today and it was fine. Wasn't stuck at all, BUT....I did find out where the oil was really coming from. It was seaping out of the hose connected tot he pcv valve. I went to ford, had them print up the tsb on the problem and the magical fix......are you ready.

A 20cent hose clamp:O

Thats how ford fixes our 20+ thousand dollar performance cars. They use a cheap ass hose clamp I will be posting another message called warnty issues.....You'll wana read this one!

my pcv was actually leaking not the hose.

I used a .90 black plastic sawtooth clamp. Looks cleaner.

Hello again, YES the clamp worked perfectly. Problem solved. Cost me 20cents and 15 minutes of my time!
