Only have 5,000 miles on new roller rockers and now I am think I may have a cracked head. I want to go with new heads preferably cost efective cast iron. Roush (world), or GT40 P. Does anyone have 1.6 ratio pedestal mounts on anything. Even the aluminum heads out there, do they use the pedestal mounts?

I believe the GT40P heads accept pedastal mount. I'm not sure about the Roush. Most aftermarket aluminum heads have either pedastal or stud mount. I bought the stud mount due to the ease of adjustment.

I have a set of 1.6 & 1.7 Crane Gold Pedastal Roller rockers on a set of Edelbrock Performer 5.0 heads and they work great.

Steeda pedestal mount rockers

I ended up with the Steeda 1.72 pedestal mount rockers. The are adjustable at the pushrod end so I can swap back and forth between mechanical and hydraulic cams. Works like a champ.
