Pedestal roller rockers

does any one know were a can get a good set of 1.7 Pedestal roller rockers for stock 5.0 heads. im putting the ford e303 cam and want to get alot of lift with out slamming the valve into the piston. if they dont make the 1.7 in that does anyone know if the 1.72 will work without a problem anyone have the same combination???

I don't really think that the crane/frpp cobra 1.7 pedistals are that bad I put them on and they work great, there fairly cheap too.

You sure the stock valve springs can handle that ?

I'm not sure on the p-v clearance issues with that cam and those size RR's.

I had 1.7 Crane/Ford RR's with my stock cam and valve springs and it worked just fine...

With that cam and the roller rocker ratio your wanting you very well could experience valve float in the higher rpms...

Stock heads probably won't get much benefit from over .500 lift without some porting work.
