....specifically an intake/tune combo, how long did it take before they shipped it out? I ordered mine 3 days ago and still no email confirmation of anything being shipped!
Just contact Doug, they were great to work with me and I am sure they are busy. Give them a call, they are great! I had to have them walk me through some issues, mostly me and they were great! We had trouble getting yahoo to accept the emails, had to open a gmail account.
Yeah, give him a call man, they'll give you excellent customer service.
My tuner got here before my JLT intake, but I already had a C&L on the car...so Doug sent me a 91 race C&L tune to hold me over until my new intake arrived for no extra charge.
Sometimes he runs out of stuff. I had ordered the JLT II intake in black he called and said those were all gone and sent me out a paint matched out instead no charge to make up for the days he didn't have one.
