performance made heads or custom heads

what would give me more performance a pair of high performance heads liek trick flow or somthing or my 69 heads ported and polished to the max with 2.02 and 1.98 valves

A good set of AFRs will do the job. But yes, performance heads will make more power.

Depends on who does the port work -- and those valve sizes probably aren't right. With 2.02's you'll likely need 1.60 exhaust valves. You get a 50 lb. weight saving by going with a contemporary aluminum head -- hard to beat the out of the box performance of many of them -- AFR's and Trick Flows seem to be the most popular.
