personalized plate ??

Saw a beautiful Mach I today and the plate was MSL KLR. Been driving me crazy all day trying to figure out what the MSL is. Anybody know??

Only thing that popped into my head was Muscle. But that would make more sense if the KLR (Killer?) was KAR.
