Tell me how brother. Hole in the back plate???Did you unscrew the self adjusters far enough?
Yes. If you have the “drum brake tools”..... there’s an end on one of them made especially for that. Or a good size screwdriver will do the trick.Tell me how brother. Hole in the back plate???
Yes, you'll need a flat blade screwdriver. Ine direction tightens, the other loosens, so you'll figure out which way rather quickly. Once it's loose enough you should have an easier time getting it off.Tell me how brother. Hole in the back plate???
I am going to do the rears soon. Just checking how bad, or what I need. I have not done these before so I got to get reading. Going to do four or five things at once. It engages the star in the adjuster so you can turn it.
If you’re going to do the rear shoes, pick yourself up a kit like this. It will save you from a lot of busted knuckles and curse words!!I am going to do the rears soon.
