Philly emission/inspection

Anyone know of a place near philly where I can buy tags. I dont have cats or the stock pipes, and I do not want to get them. Or if you know of a way around getting cats could ya let me know?

I would like to know this too. I actually have a buddy that is good friends with a guy that inspects anything. My buddies car is extremely illegal and he gets it inspected by him. I plan on doing the same since I have an o/r h pipe on. I'll figure out where he's located and let you know. But if you come across anyone or anywhere else, let me know.

I'll ask the guy who did mine, but unless he really knows you he may not do it. Mine had no chance in hell of passing but he hooked me up.

i just went through a similar problem with emissions heres what i found out.... 96 and before cars are easy to get tags for simply because they just shove a sensor up the tail pipe ... if ya know a mechanic pretty well they would probably just throw it up a different car for the emissions part... however with 96 and newer cars everything has to be hooked into the computer but i have a tune on my car where it disables my rear o2 sensors and stuff if they run the test like 3 times and it comes up not compatible 3 times they can just pass it anyway or something like that so i managed to get by
