Photoshop Experts!

Could anyone help me with Photoshop? I have the newest version, but cant even figure out how to put new wheels on my car. Any getting started tips would help, i cant find anything on their site, it doesnt help at all. I'd like to know how to use it like everyone else does, like putting new hoods, and stuff on their cars.
