Physical abilities test. What do they look for??

Ok. I went and took this physical abilities test back in January for this big company and I just found out three weeks ago that I failed it. I had to call them myself, since I haven't heard from them to find out. I called them twice before and they failed to tell me that. What pisses me off is that a girl friend went and took the same test and passed it and got in. Now I know that I'm stronger than her in every way. So how can she pass it and not me? If a company says that you must lift 70lbs. to work there, that goes for male and female. So how can she be more fit to do the job than me?

I just really stunned and can't believe that I got that far only to fail it. I thought just by going there and doing what they told me to do was good enough. Wrong!

So what do they look for when they do this test? Anyone know?

physical abilities test requirements are usually different for males and females. they do not have to lift as much or run as far in a certain amout of time, etc...
