PI converter

I installed a PI multi-disk converter this weekend. When I took it for a drive the car is jumping and hesitating when under light loads. Do I need to get my computer recalibrated or anything?

I had my friend at a local shop install it.

what RPM is it? i think my next mods are going to be 3000rpm converter, tranny cooler, 4.10s, & cams.
