I have a 98 GT and am trying to finish up a nightmare that has been going bn on for over 2 months now. I acquired a set of romeo heads off of a 2001 PI motor. I took them to the shop got them checked cleaned new valve seals done and all inspected. Went to install them and the right cam turned one link off during install then I broke all exhaust valves off on that side. Took it back to the got new valves installed and reworked again installed it and now have a rattling knocking noise. Disassembled it again to inspect valves on both sides and they are al solid and no free play on the guides or anything. Also inspected the tensioner and timing chain it has a little bit of play on both chains butbisnf over 1/4 to maybe 1/2 inch max. Here is a video of how it sounds.
