Heads are Romeo complete(cams, lifters, valves, springs) heads off of an 04 GT with 31K miles. Comes with new genuine ford PI intake with metal coolant crossover, C&L Plenum, and a stock throttle body.

And I know they're interchangeable but I want Romeos. The Windsors have problems with the sparks.
