I spent a majority of it cleaning the pistons and swapping over and cleaning the rockers and valve lashes. Since this is my first time doing this, I'm taking my time so I don't screw anything up. You did a great job getting those heads cleaned up and the followers and lash adjusters transfered over.



The first PI head goes on!

boilermakers are bad news. I couldn't make it out today either. I didn't know my damn wife had made like 50 appointments for this afternoon. She kills me sometimes. Hope all works out dispite your problem.

Hey Blev, you wouldn't happen to still have your NPI intake, would you? My intake just cracked and I want to fix it before I trade my car in.

I'm off my ass, I just can't get the friggin dipstick tube in. I need someone to go look at their stang and see if the dipstick tube goes down between the first and second or second and third exhaust pipe on the header/exhaust manifold

Oh yeah, there are a few parts you took off that I can't figure out what the hell they are and where they go :shrug:

Joe or Rusty, can somone bring me a large crescent wrench? I just talked to a mechanice and he said to snug that around the tube and whack it!!

i think it's the middle. but i forgot to put mine back in at the same time putting the head, but i got it in pretty easily.

looks good did the same head swap to my car and was the best thing i ever did. keep up the hard work its gonna be worth every hour
