i've just received my new pi intake that i bought on ebay, the new intake have integrated silicone gaskets, does it change the installation? i mean,i only read the installation with pi gasket and where to put the rtv,but with this intake does it change something?

The good thing about this intake is that i don't have to tap another hole for the sensor,i already have two hole, they supply a pipe plug if the car have only 1 sensor.

Ok, if it is made by DORMAN and you are putting it on PI heads then you need to make sure that the intake has the PI head gaskets. In other words, the Dorman intake has built in NPI gaskets but can be replaced with a PI gasket or vice versa.

If you are putting it on NPI heads then make sure that it doesn't have PI head gaskets on it. If it does, you will have to get a little tricky with some rtv or just get new gaskets for it.

Hope that makes sense.
