PI intake to NPI heads adapter plates...

I got my kit from livernois too, when I got mine the guy told me I could buy just the plates but the intake would not work unless it had been modified the way they do theirs. The height would be too tall if a regular PI intake was used insted of the one they sell in the kit that had been modified. I am very happy with mine before and after dyno numbers showed a gain of 18hp, $600 is a lot for the kit but I feel pretty good about the power gained and the feel of the car now thru the rpm range too.

All you need to do is put a little bit of RTV sealant on two of the coolant ports. The front on the passenger side head and rear on the driver side head. The gasket almost perfectly fits, I have a picture in a thread on stangnet. When I find that thread I will link it here.

The check engine came on when I was test driving it... all slow driving... also, there's a ticking coming from the engine bay?

Anyone else who swaped to the PI intake get an engine light??

I used the Livernois plates... install wasn't too bad, no leaks though

For another $650 you could buy the entire PI conversion from Parkway Ford and bolt on 80 hp. While opening the door to future mods.
