PI Intake

I know this is an old subject but I'm reading many different opinions. Can someone please tell me what I would need to install a pi intake on a non pi motor besides RTV silicone gasket and intake?

coolant tube and nipple, O-rings for the water pump and thermostat housing and and the correct alt brkt

I have seen a complete kit for $289.00. Do you think I'm better of going with that?

depends on what that "complete kit" consist of....the "complete kit" we sell is @$320.00 but it IS 100% oem Ford and complete
