I have received quotes ranging from 700 - 1300 bucks. It all depends on where you take it. You should try reading some of the write-ups on it. what he said, plus cam/valve cover gaskets, new crank pulley bolt (it's a TTY). you also need the 8 upper timing cover bolts if ur heads are 99 or 00. they are 10mm versus the 8mm thats in there now. you dont NEED new timing cover gaskets. you can reuse ur old ones but just line them with RTV. i'd personally go with the head bolts versus the studs.bdcardinal said:you need the coolant tube that goes under the manifold, front timing cover gasket, head gaskets, head bolts(or studs which i prefer), new spark plugs(why not), intake manifold gaskets, i would also get a new water pump, and for a complete job get new timing chains and tensioners. also get some black silicone handy if you get the black stuff from ford you can get it in a caulking type tube that makes applying it a pice of cake. you will also need new valve covers if using the windsor heads. and then oil, oil filter, and coolant.
