Pick My Paint Color Thread

Help me pick out a color to paint the car.

Option 1 - Factory Color: Emerald Green
Option 2 - Dark Highland Green(color used on the bullitts)
Option 3 - Post in the thread with an example

Not strictly limited to Ford colors but I want a good dark dark green color.

Hehehe, it's no surprise to see the 5.0 guys vote for the factory color while everyone on my personal forum(non mustang specific) are saying DHG.

I love them both but I think I want the darkness of the DHG in my current thinking. There is just a certain light that I see some pics of DHG in that make me wonder about it, some pictures in sunlight it has like a gold/yellow tone that shines through and that kind of makes me wonder.

I like DHG for how it's almost black in the dark spots.


Also FWIW, DHG is way more old school than emerald since it dates back to '68

My Lightning was red foo! DSG is a wicked color, I think my favorite would be that over the factory titanium lower.

I'd probably paint it white if I was going to change the color away from a green but I can't do it. It's what makes my car....well my car.

I love my reef blue, but I like the dark greens even more. I really like this car, it says what the paint is somewhere in the article:
