i was informed that a putting gears in a 8.8 was expensive they were wrong I think i spent around $80
List:
axle bearing puller: FREE used and returned
dial indicator stand: $9.99
dial indicator: $4.99
in.lb torque wrench: $40
cleaner: $8
and other little misc. stuff
for me the hardest part is getting an accurate measurement on the pinion head and shims
All i got to do is finish putting bearing caps on and check backlash, wear pattern, fill with fluid tomorrow after work, then wait til next wed-thurs to put in car with springs shocks and new control arms

look in my first post second pic down left side above laptop ontop of the shingles, Flat Black if you look hard enough same pic on the table theres some primer i primed it with
