If i were you, I would pull the ground effects and bumper off and paint them seperately. You may have a delaminating issue where they meet up with the body.

Its a candy paint so it all has to be together to get it even.

Actually bad idea. Painting parts off the car (believe it or not) can result in color mismatch, especially if you're using a pearl or metallic in your paint.
