Hi everyone! This is my second Mustang (had a 2000 3.8L v6 10 years ago) and I’m so ready to start working on her! She’s a little sluggish but I’m hoping I can get a little better performance out of her soon.

Welcome! I'm a big fan of 3.8L Mustangs. There are plenty of upgrades you can make to get a little more power and throttle response. Check out the mods in this video. It's part of a series I made about my IRS-swapped 2004 V6 autocross car. The headers and X-pipe I used appear to be discontinued, but there are other options on the market.
