yes it is. it comes on the cdc kit. i never took it off because i dont know if there are any holes under it

What do u have done to it so far....Some tint would look good, & some 03-04 Cobra mirrors would look nice if your goin for some more exterior mods....

What performance mods & suspension setup are u runnin??

so far i have the following mods: shaker hood, mach 1 front lip, 18x9 front and 18x10 rear rims, eibach prokit, kyb agx shocks and struts, upr o/r x pipe, flowmaster american thunder exhaust, windows are tinted 35%. i plan on doing 4:10 gears and an aluminum driveshaft, with the diablo tuner next. then supercharger

Paint your rear spoiler black to match the hood cowl that comes with the CDC kit. I'd lose the CJ badges too, they're probably just stuck on there with adhesive. Maybe some Ford Racing rocker stripes in black too...
