What kind of noise did you have with your PTV contact? Although mine was quiet at first, I am beginning to wonder if mine has the same problem.
Not to sound dumb, but looking at the pic is the damage from the valve the little chip in the piston at the 5-o'clock postion on the dish area?

I didn't really have any noticable noise. And yes thats the little indent at the 5 o'clock position.
