redfire,
it looks like you have your tips flush with the bumper. Is that right? Do you like the way it looks/sounds?

I think people still long for the Fox days when pipes on the side profile were cool. Personally, I think they do look cool, but not sticking out of the bumper fascia on the 99+ models. 98 and lower pull the look off quite nicely, however, but not 3 inches. That, to me, is trying to look like an F-150.

Not the same style of car... but I love my packs and so does everyone else that hears them. You know you're driving a V8 with these puppies...

Don't have a pic of my Magnapacks, but the tips only stick out at most 1". When I was waxing my Mach the other day, their was actually a black ring that had formed on the left exhaust cut-out. But the clay bar easilt removed it and nothing had been melted or anything. The exhausts sticking out afew inches does'nt look that bad I think but this guy has I think said this before in another thread. Funny.

CobraM23 kind of off subject but why are your dyno #'s so low? I would think u would be at, at least 275 rwhp.

One tip for all you new magnapack owners
USE LOCKTITE ON THE LITTLE HEX BOLTS THAT CONTROLL SIDE TO SIDE MOVEMENT OF THE TIP!
Oh and be carefull around the "magnaflow" logo when polishing the tips with some metal plolishing paste lol, my logos are no longer there (i kinda like it better that way)

Threadlocker only helps for so long ... re tightening these are such a PITA. My drivers side is always coming loose but the passenger seems to hold together well ...

I love the tips on this catback otherwise. The Magnaflow logo fades after a few months.

I put blue loctite on mine a year ago and it still hasn't come loose (knock on wood).
