You are right.On a non pi blower car .You will be lucky to be 325rwhp or so with a blower.
Raced a friends 98 with a s trim(300rwhp) and mine was n\a(270rwhp) .It was a neck and neck race.

If you do a headswap make sure you have some work done to lower the compression

The first tiem i was to the track after the headswap and longtubes. There was a guy there with a 98 with a centrifugal charger like yours and we were trapping the same MPH and ETs. By the end of the day I was in the low 14s and his best was still only a 14.3 if I remember correctly.
