I dont know if anybody will know this but I just got a T-5 tranny out of a 95 saleen mustang convertible. Do you know if they are built to handle more power?
Its gunna go into my 95 opal frost GTS

Look for the tag on the trans. When you find it, post the model number or go check out http://www.veryuseful.com/mustang/tech/engine/images/T5Identifier.gif for the tag to torque rating table

I think Saleen had the S351 in the 95s at one point. I would think Saleen would have done some work to the Tranny, whether it's a S351 or not.
