Here is a coil and a half front and rear..... I think! Car actually rode and drove very nice. It had stock replacement el cheapo shocks and struts on it too.
I dunno if i would use that pic as a reference. Tire sizes don't look right at all. They look a little oversized and might be filling the wheel well a little bit more giving an illusion.
Measure twice, cut once, then cut more if you need to. When i cut mine, i cut too much. I don't remember how much but it was on its nuts.
It looked awesome but you know when 15s are tucked in the fenders, it's LOW. It barely made it over speed bumps. To fix it i bought Eibach Pro Kit springs, and later cut 3/4 coil off the rear to get rid of the raked stance. Now it sits nice and level.
1 coil and no iso's will probably put it right about where you want it. friend of mine cuts a coil off of every fox he gets. ride isnt quite as nice (But its not like its a lexus to begin with) so i dont see an issue.
