LOWER! Also, +1 on all of the front end mods already suggested. That, and perhaps some wheel spacers for the rear to bring the stockers out a little. I was going to suggest moving your spoiler back since you have a 99, but it looks like someone already put an 01+ wing on it. I don't know how stingy your cops are down there, but smoked tail lights would look great with that blacked out center panel on the rear! I'm a little biased towards that look, though
