I have a 93 mustang with a 393w with a 80mm turbo 95lb bosch injectors e-85 , tko500 trans. I will try and attach the data log and tune that's currently on the car . the car idles fine but goes lean when u take off from a complete stop, and also when going into certain gears.

just from opening the tune file, I can see a few things... did you set the REQ FUEL value or did stinger do that in the base tune they made for you?? its way too large usually about a 50% increase in the REQ FUEL gets you pretty close for E85.
The AFR table looks like it has been played with in a rough way, I assume this was an attempt to get the AFR values down to where you needed them yes?

I did mess with the afr table, as for the required fuel that's what they sent. Not sure what exactly I need to do regarding the req fuel.

To correct it you will have to start over tuning the car.
The AFR table needs to be setup as if you were tuning regular gasoline. The O2 reads lambda and the software and gauges multiply by 14.68 to get the gasoline scale.

Anyway I can give you a screenshot of a table I believe you should use and I can help you with the req. Fuel value.

So erase that tune and completely start over correct

yeah, sorta.. how about i help you out with that?? this will likely be very rich on the startup just like the first tune, but the numbers will make more sense.

lets see how the car does with this first, then we can go from there. I fixed the AFR table for you [I just tossed in numbers that will get you started for now] and rescaled the VE table for you as well.

Thanks a91what Car started right up, just had to remove fuel at idle(idles better then before). I will hopefully drive the car tomorrow. I assume, I can just cruise around and let the auto tune feature adjust the afr according to what's on the afr table right?

here is a data log I managed to take before work today, car goes real lean when taking off from a complete stop and also when shifting from 1 gear to another.

Ok so you have one of 2 problems....

1. The MAP sensor is not calibrated correctly- Im not sure what sensor your kit came with so you will need to verify this in the tools menu

2. you have some kind of check valve in the MAP sensor feed line... this is a common mistake, take the map sensor vacuum line from a source that is NOT on the vacuum tree. It needs a dedicated source from the manifold.

@a91what your a genius vacuum hose to map sensor was pinched, replace vacuum hose and connected it straight to the manifold. car no longer has hesitation when changing gears.

looks like WAYY to much fuel on the hot start, ve1 table values too high at 100kpa and lowest RPM cell. reduce by 40% and try again.
