Like the title says how can i get rid of it. Due to my cold air pipe i can't rotate my MAF, I cleaned it before i put it on. It is about time for new spark plugs. Would a MSD 6AL cure my problem or do I need to adjust the fuel? Any suggestions would be great. I did a search to no avail. please help. The car has 14 degrees timing i run 91 chevron. The best i can get (damn california and no 93 octane) full exhuast, and gears, AODE.

Did you remember to make sure the IAT was indexed so the air flow would hit the element?
Turn it down to 10* and run 87, see what happens.

you probably have an air leak. while it is idling, spray carb cleaner along the intake tract. if the idle changes when you spray something, the leak is nearby.
