Pinion snubber install

Hey guys,

I just picked up an adjustable snubber and it did not include an install sheet. Has anyone installed one before and can help me on how it's mounted or if there is a PDF file with the instructions or any pics? I know that its not that hard but dont want to make any mistakes trying to insatll the snubber.

It goes on the underbody of the car right where the driveshaft mates up with the rear end. Look up and you'll see your factory one bolted to the floor. Remove that and mark your holes for the new one and go to town.

I was under th car over the weekend and did not see the stock snubber over the driveshaft/rear end. I did see two rubber pieces over the axle, one on each side, unless I missed it????

Either you missed it or somebody removed it or it just plain rotted away.

If the car is lowered then the snubber might have been removed. Look for three screw holes in the floor of the car just above the driveshaft/axle union.

since the subject has been brought up, the two rubber stops on each side of the axle has anyone removed those, i did not because i had never been told it was needed, but if they are not used bye bye
