That sucks man. You can only hope it was a mistake I guess.

I have a seal slowly leaking on my left rear wheel. It happened a few weeks after I got gears installed.

For 3300 I would expect there to be a "few" problems. I wouldn't expect this to be the first... Unless you just got extremely lucky.

Have you ever considered that it wasn't a screw up? Removing the S spring is an old road racing/autocross trick to reduce corner exit understeer with the stock T-loks.

Don't hate it because you don't understand it. Why not call up a junkyard and get the spring for $10 and call it a day?

What he said....its nothing serious to install the S spring...way cheaper....

Ford part numbers on the springs....while you have it out, put in the 4 clutch packs to beef it up some, and you can add the F-150 for an even beefier set-up....
Mustang: E0AZ-4214-A ($11.99)
F-150: F3TZ-4214-A ($11.99)

Here is the S spring being installed....it put pressure on the clutch packs...
when you look at the pic, up top, youll see the spider gear and behind that you can see the clutch pack....i used 4 clutches versus the stock 3...
