I am guessing that you are changing brake pads or something? If so you might need to take the cap off of the master brake cylinder reservoir so it can let the back pressure out. Hope that helps!

First off, try calling the ford dealer and ask a service man about if it even needs turned in or if there is a trick to it. They usually don't mind answering questions.
Before turning it in just try using something softer than steel to push the pistons in, like a piece of wood. If that works, and you feel them bottom out, then you can try turning the piston adjustment in. Don't do that unless you can't get the new pads in first though.

That is why I suggested calling the dealer first. Things change too much to keep up with for someone that is not a fulltime mechanic. Please call the dealer to make sure.
There is a special tool with two notches that will fit into the piston and turn it while going in. It's an absolute must to have. Emjajr, where are you? Is there an AutoZone nearby that you can borrow the tool from? They require a deposit, but it's reimbursed when you take it back.
You can also use a needle nose pliers, it can be a SOB to turn in though. Just get the pliers in good and keep turning to the right. It's not too hard.
