PISTON TO VALVE CLEARANCE

Any body know the spec for piston to valve clearance?? Mine came out to .105 on the intake, is that too little? Im running stock bottom end, TFS stage 1 cam, 1.6 rockers, edelbrock heads 1.9 valve
 
A good rule of thumb on stock bottom end 5.0's that are gonna see less than 6500 rpm is .080"-.100" intake and .100"-.125" exhaust.

When you measured did you take precautions to be sure the lifter plunger wasn't depressed? If you used clay, and it was -- then you'd have to subtract the plunger depression dimension from your number -- which would likely put you under the minimum...
