get a puller for it, they have pitman arm pullers at auto parts shops, BUT they are sorry, so borrow a nice industrial one, if I hadnt of borrowed my dads works puller I couldnt have got mine off.
You could also heat the bottom of the arms with a propane torch, but keep the flame away from sensitive parts and the center shaft, and whak it on the side with a big hammer while at the same time holding another big hammer on the other side. It should drop off after a few solid hits. If it does not than buy a pitman are puller.

i went to autozone to rent a puller. they wanted 20 dollar deposit and since you guys say its not industrial theres a risk of it breaking so i figur efor 13 bucks ill buy my own. tools are a lifetime investment you know your bound to use it again.
