We have been trying to come up with the ultimate manual exhaust cutout. This is a one of one prototype that we are considering getting produced if we can get enough favorable comments. I wonder if that plate can get hard to slide in and out or even stuck after it gets rusted. Its an awesome idea though. Just throwing out some thoughts.

All the areas that the plate contacts are easily accessible so that if it did have something start to build up, it could be easily removed. The design would be made from stainless steel. Hope that helps. I appreciate the input
