PLEASE HELP #10 Fuse on 95v Mustang

Hello,

Hope all is well.

My #10 fuse (inside fuse box) on my 95 mustang keeps going out. I cant figure the thing out...I took out my stero to make sure everything is connected properly and check the grounds and cant find anything...please let me know if you have any suggestions

According to my diagrams, fuse 10 from the Instrument Panel fuse block is the power to the left and right upstream oxygen sensors. Unplug the oxygen sensors and then see if it still blows. Also inspect the harness to the sensors where they go down behind the engine to make sure they aren't damaged. If unplugging the sensors stops the fuse from blowing, then plug them in one at a time to which one is blowing the fuse. After repairs are finished you may need to clear trouble codes from the ECM.

I would think there would be codes stored if it has a short.
