please help car won't start

can anyone help?!
my car started up this morning like everything was normal.
I drove to my buddies house and parked it, about 6 hours later I went
to start it and it wouldnt even crank over.
could somebody please help me. could this be the starter?

how long have you had your car? also, were your doors unlocked at ur buddy's house? Mustangs have a safety feature that it wont start without you unlocking the doors (turning off the alarm) it scarred the **** out of me the first time i tried to start my car and nothing...could be something as easy as that. try clicking the "unlock" button on ur key pad and try again.....im sure you know this already but hey, it go me at one time

i did everything the same as normal, the green light
in the battery was showing too
when we bump started it, it was like nothing happened.
then we shut it off and it wouldnt start again

Sounds like your cables might be bad. Try using a jumper cable to test them.

what do you mean by my cables being bad

the cables coming off the battery to the starter i think is what saleen181 meant. check all the connections. when i was at the dealer we had a mountaineer come in for a new starter, it turned out to be the connecter on the cable

My car is doing the exact same thing.
WTF
It does it when it gets warm sometimes. It just wont do anything. The battery is fine , all the gauges read fine, but when I go to start it nothing happens. No click, nothing.
I'm gonnhave to pull out my chip and take it to the dealer I guess.
I hope you figure it out because I cant.
