I've posted this on 5 forums now, and I'm still hoping someone will get me an answer.
I have a 99 Mustang GT hydroboost & master cylinder, on a 74 Bronco. I live about 2 hours from any salvage yards, so I had the parts shipped from a salvage yard, and I never saw how it was plumbed to the Mustang.
On 99-04, which line from the master cylinder feeds the front brakes? and which line feeds the rear brakes?
I have the larger, front line (furthest from the firewall) feeding the front brakes. And the smaller, rear line feeding the rear brakes. Can someone please confirm?
I've upgraded to larger piston calipers and have lost a lot of front brake. If I've got the lines mixed up, it will help me decide what to do next.
Can anyone suggest a master cylinder with a greater volume, for larger brakes? It seems there aren't many options.
