Are you basing this on the stock temp gauge? Are there signs that the car is actually overheating?

Good luck.

yes im basing it on the stock temp gauge but im pretty sure its really over heating but not 100 % when it says its over heating if i turn it off and let it cool then when i start it it blows out white smoke that smells like oil, and will start to ping if im driving at low rpms, kind of like the timing advanced because of the heat.
