I am torn on my next mod. I'm not sure what to do. Right now I have a full Steeda suspension, Steeda tune with their CAI, ported upper intake, 3:73 gears, tri-axe shifter, aluminum driveshaft, Steeda underdrive pullies, Magnaflo hi flo catted x-pipe and Magnaflo mufflers. I have a 70mm throttle body but not installed ( installed it seemed to take away my low end torq and not any real gains up to ). I autocross 1-2 times a month and like to get to the dragstrip sometimes. I dont want to rebuild the motor ( right now ) and can't spend the money on a blower. I also want the body to look stock. I'm COMPLEATLY LOST :bang: Thanks for any help or options.

When you say a full Steeda suspension, just how many parts of the suspension we talking ? Are we talking upper & lower control arms, subframe connectors, shocks & struts, and K-member ?

As for the 70mm throttle body, I agree with your conclusion. I had the same result. It will result in the loss of low end torque and will not yield worth while gains in most cases than not. So, I'de just sell it and use the money for something else.

The only other mods I can think of is either boost, internal motor work, and headers.

I have uca/lca, x2 balljoints, bumpsteer kit, front and rear swaybars, sport springs, Tokiko shocks, caster/camber plates, subframe connectors, strut tower brace, off set steering rack bushings and a-arm bushings.

I was thinking of long tube headers but dont know if they are emissions legal in Illinois.

I have never looked into them. What kind of $$ am I looking at to do it right and safe? Also what kind of money am I looking at in the long run for refills and how often? I know it depends on how often you use it, but how often do most people really use it?

Prob. around a grand to get it going. Look into the NX wet kit. then u can get the GenX2 upgrade that has a bottle warmer, purge kit etc..... If you get the accessories and an RPM window switch, it will be safe. it will cost around a grand if u get it tuned and maybe look into a flip-chip so u can have a setting for N/A and one for the Nitrous.
