please help some advice on c/c plates on lowered stang im looking at

i am looking to buy this 94 gt today and it is lowered 2'' in the back and 1 1/2'' in the front. The mechanic said that the tires are toed in. when I drive the car it doesnt shake of any thing and doesnt really pull to the left but the steering wheel is tilted to the left. Any input on this would be great cause i nned to let the guy know by three today if I want the car or not.thanks.

by the way it does not have c/c plates on it but the guy has set to put on for me......

just put em on and get it aligned... that will take care of both the wheel angle and the toe...

mine is lowered 2", and the stock c/c plates don't allow it to be correctly aligned. aftermarket c/c plates should allow the wheels to be aligned correctly.

Well, depending on C/C plates (which is the problem) cost $50 used to $230 new, you better have him put new tires on aswell since they are probably chewed up.
