Please help with Mode Door Actuator Issue S197

I just bought an 05 Stang, but the air will only blow out of the defrost or the floor, not the dash vents. I have read up on blender and mode door actuators but I do not know which one to replace. I know there are three below glovebox and maybe one or two under the instrument panel. My heat and AC work fine.

The mode door is the one that control fresh air and recirculated air.
