I have the option to purchase a new 04 Cobra or a new 03 anniversary cobra.

The 04 is about $40K and the 03 only about $36K.

What are the technical differences? I am obviously leaning toward the anniversary 03 but don't really know if the 04 is is worth the additional $6K.

So the reason why this is not in "Talk" is because I need to know what the technical differences are between the 2.

Thank you much!

Yup, I concur. The 100th aniversary edition on 03 had specific badges on the sides (1.5x4" approx with 100 on it), I can't remember if the same badge is on the back of the gts but I doubt it would take the place of the svt badge on the back of the cobra . I think there's a different interior (two-tone parchment??) but the guts (engine, tranny, etc) are the same. I don't know if the anniversary eds were numbered special editions. If they were, they will probably be worth more in the future.

If the 03 was never of the dealership lot, I'd go with it. If it were used, I would go with the 04. Hell! get both! They're cheap and easy to insure.

Just my two.
