OK, I see, it's more of a sound perference -vs- HP thing. Thanks for the advice on the shorties, we do sniff here in Lorain county. Only 7 counties sniff here in Ohio and I would have to live in one of them. Is there a perference on who makes the best shortie headers, like jba, ford racing and so on?

I hear JBA, Gibson and Bassani are good but are expensive, BBK is fine for a little cheaper in price. Just do some research on them and I'm sure you'll pick the right one.

I called brenspeed for this problem exactly. The MIL eliminators won't work on the 07s according to one of the techs at brenspeed. he said there would be no performance loss other than an idiot light on your dash until you get a tuner.

Yeah, I checked out Steeda and they only have the MIL's for 96-06 and the 07+ will need tuners to turn off the annoying CEL. Well looks like you should get a SCT soon
