Current set up is BBK 1 3/4" LT's, Dr. Gas off road X, welded to Spin Techs with dumps. I wanna go with another direct bolt on off road X-pipe & bolt on CB with tails. Something quieter than these SpinTechs & Flowmaster 2 chambers mufflers, but flow more would be nice. Car dynoed 410rwhp/410rwtq with the current 2.5" set up (2.5" flow tubes welded as 1 piece with the X-pipe & mufflers aren't even mandrel bent)
I have a BBK X-Pipe, and Magnaflow catback both sound great at idle and WOT. I dont get that drone either. Not the loudest of them but that is how I like it.....
Purchases Flowmaters 3 inch exhaust system. Its got a x pipe and the whole works. I personally have never heard it but they say it sounds really nice. And it would def free up some hp. I went with bbk ceramic shorty headers andbbk off road x pipe and magnaflow catback. It sounds extremely nice, and is very loud when you get on it. i rec it! Good luck
i'd go with some dynomax ultra flows, ive got pretty much the same setup your running but im gonna switch over to some 3'' ultra flow welded race mufflers. a friend of myne had them on his car and they sounded great, his car sounded like it was straight out of nascar at WOT
Too bad the Flowmaster 3" kit os for shorties. I'm gonna run my BBK 1 3/4" LT's (opened up to a 3" ball collector). Is there any real 3" bolt on kits that'll work with my LT's?
