Pleeeaase HELP!

Ok guys im in need of some serious help or ideas. My car is burning coolant pretty bad. I thought that it might be the lower intake gaskets so i changed those THREE times, but it still did the same thing. So after trying that and having no luck, I went and got my lower intake checked to see if it was warped, and it was so I had it milled. They took .010 off of one side and .007 off of the other side. Soo I went and installed it yet again and its still burning coolant just not as bad. Im pretty sure its not head gaskets either b/c I just changed those about a month and a half ago and I did a compression check on every cylinder and everything checked out. And also it seems to have an ungodly amount of pressure on the system. I can squeeze the upper radiator hose and its almost as solid as a rock. Oh and by the way, the coolant was coming in one of the center ports of the lower intake, which i thought was odd. But damn, im so tired of this. I just want to be able to drive it again. And im sick of paying full coverage on something i cant even drive. Thanks in advance guys.

you said you did check the compression when you put on the head gaskets. have you driven it since then? have you rechecked it since? most common to me is the head gasket.

how is your pcv doing? could be excessive pressure in the crank case.

No i just checked the compression a couple days ago when this started happening and the compression checked out while I was having this problem. I just replaced the pcv as well too a couple days ago. But I did notice that if i pull it off after letting it idle, there seems to be condensation on it. And no I have not drivin it since itss been doing this, ive just been letting it idle.

No theres no sign of antifreeze in the oil, and yeah i have a tool to get the air out of the cooling system. But anyways, thanks for all the replies guys, but im just going to take the heads off and eliminate the guessing games. My uncle has a shop and will mill the heads for free if need be. Also gunna get a good look at the head gaskets and see if I can find any clues there, and then replace them anyways.

Possibility?

How well do the ports match between the lower intake and the heads? I had a similar problem with a port mismatch between my TFS TW heads and FMS Cobra intake with the head ports being much larger than the intake ports. Coolant was leaking in at the upper corners of the ports. A switch to a TFS intake was the cure for me. Just a thought.

The ports on the trick flow intake mach up almost exact the the afr heads. Its actually a real good match. But, I managed to get my driver side head off and cylinder number six was completely clean!!! So I found the cylinder that the antifreeze was burning into. And the head gasket kinda looked a little burnt up right by the coolant gallery on the head. Im pretty confident that this was where it was leaking into and also why I had so much pressure in the system.

Well I was going to post some pictures but its not letting me right now. Anyways, the problem I have now is that I cant get my passenger side header unbolted, it has two rounded off header bolts on cylinder number 1 and I cant figure out how to get them off. I dont want to heat it up b/c I dont want to risk damaging the aluminum heads somehow. I thought maybe vicegrips, but its just such a tight space. The only thing I can fit in there is a 3/8 wrench.

Lastly, Im going probably sometime this week or next week and getting an arp head stud kit and all new gaskets just to be sure everything is right. Hopefully it will finally run right when its all back together. Wish me luck!!! Im probably going to need it. Ive had a rough time with this car lately.
