Pleeeez help me...

Every time i go past 3k RPMs my car will slug off and on as I'm hitting hte gas. It kinda seems worse when I put on more gas. What are the possible things I would need to check for?

List of things that it maybe:
Plugs, plug wires, coil packs, fuel pump, or it can even be a vacuum leak. Easier to figure out if i saw or drove the car.
