Plug gap for aluminum heads?

Same gap as stock around .053", I played with gap when using my MSD since they say you can go wider and I never saw any improvents when data logging. I actaully had high success with a .040" gap on my old NA combo, they burned better.

It depends on you head, quench are and cam timing, start at .053" and go from there.
